Privacy statement

This statement explains what personal data Cove Innovation collects, why, and what your rights are. Cove Innovation is a one-person studio run by Rico Daniel Oost (KvK 42084868), based inWieringerwerf, Noord-Holland. For any privacy question, email hallo@coveinnovation.com.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, chosen project type, and the message you send.
• Email: if you email me directly, I receive whatever you include in that message.
• Website analytics: I don't currently use analytics or tracking. If I add it later, it will be cookieless and privacy-friendly — only aggregated statistics, never anything that identifies you.

Why I collect it, and the legal basis

I use your details for one purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to carry out that work. The legal basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and my legitimate interest in answering people who contact my business.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms (Netlify B.V.) purely to deliver your message to me. Email is handled by my email provider (Google Workspace). I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, so there's no cookie banner. Any analytics used are cookieless and collect no personal data.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, then delete them. You can ask me to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR/AVG you can ask me to:

• see what personal data I hold about you;
• correct it if it's wrong;
• delete it;
• stop using it, or object to how it's used.

To exercise any of these, email hallo@coveinnovation.com. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If this statement changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
